FEASIBILITY STUDIES

Feasibility Where do you start when you have a project in mind? Are your ideas feasible?

We will undertake measured surveys as part of a feasibility study and prepare feasibility layouts.

We will consider buildings and site restrictions that could affect your proposals and determine other restrictions that could affect your proposals, such as Planning, legal covenants, easements, prescriptive rights and boundaries.

We will consult with statutory bodies on your behalf with regard to your proposals and give you advice on possible courses of action.

We will also advise you on the cost implications of your proposals.

To enable you to consider your options, we will prepare sketch proposals and budget costs to be considered.
