Mitchell Hall provides highly secure office, technical, and laboratory spaces. The project was delivered using the design-build method and was completed ahead of schedule.

Entering AMC III is a experience, with glass-covered decorative arches that lead to a two-story atrium that serves as the main lobby. Inside, all work areas surround a landscaped interior courtyard and lightwell, providing visual and physical access to the outdoors. Security systems are state-of-the-art, with controlled access and a closed-circuit television system. The building also includes secure conference rooms, video teleconferencing suites, and data/communications room.
